We had a dinner at the patio and the vibe was really great for our anniversary night! Not that crowded and we loved their dish

My nose drew me in here as I walked Carson St looking for somewhere to eat. I was not disappointed. The staff were all kind and accommodating. Every bite was exceptionally delicious. The atmosphere was lovely as well in the secluded & shaded patio area. BYOB. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, great service, cool atmosphere. Is this a hidden gem on Carson? It shouldn’t be, if so. BYOB. Prices are good but prepare to spend more than you thought, because you’ll keep ordering

Ate here for the first time. Big group and we ordered a big mix and shared.. some of the best did I’ve had in south side. Salmon was on point, chicken was amazing, chef crushed it and out waiter was super nice. It’s rare that when I’m leaving a place all I can think about is when I’m going next.. only nitpick was the place is kinda small and feels a bit cramped, but they had an outside area out back that was awesome, as long as the weather is good.

Amazing food at reasonable prices and great service in an intimate setting. As covid cautious diners we love the patio; the fountain and greenery make it a pleasant place and there are heaters for chilly weather. ~3 two tops are covered if it rains. This time I got the chicken confit and my wife got the eggplant. Both of us loved our entrees, but the starters and side dishes were possibly even better. The smashed potato and charred broccoli are to die for, the meatballs are delectable, the spinach dip divine, the watermelon & feta salad has me trying to replicate it at home — even the coffee was good. Still thinking about all of it days later. Make a reservation and support these skilled, kind folks, you won’t regret it!

We just had incredible takeout from here. Look at the pictures! These were our actual pork and eggplant meals out of the packaging. The food was fresh and filled with flavor. The staff were super friendly. Will definitely be eating from here again. Wow!

It remains the best restaurant in Pittsburgh for at least 10 years, if not more. You simply can’t get better than this consistently amazing, understated restaurant. Go with alcohol in hand, an appetite, and good spirits…You won’t be disappointed.

Food was delicious! The different combination of ingredients in each of our dishes, worked very well together. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It was very peaceful and quiet on the patio. Would never have known you were so close to the city! Wonderful experience.

We found this restaurant by chance, it is in unassuming part of the city. But the food were great and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend it. It only opens from Thursday to Saturday. You need to make reservation by phone, and need to pay for street parking.
