My husband and I arrived at the Ramada Inn Wyndham in Naples, FL after a 7-hour drive. We decided to have dinner at this restaurant as we were tired of traveling. We went to restaurant at 6:10 p.m. We didn’t have reservations. We were told the wait would be about 22 minutes. We left our phone number with the recptionist. We hadn’t heard back for over an hour. So, I phoned the restaurant. I was told they were understaffed. I asked if we could make a take out order. Yes. So we did. We were told it would be 25 minutes. After another hour of waiting, we walked to the restaurant. The receptionist said our order had been ready since 7:10. We were never notified.

We stopped for a quick bite on the way to the airport. We ordered several appetizers and all were delicious. There was live entertainment that was enjoyable and our server was very friendly. The only negative was it took our server quite a while to one to our table, but it seemed they were working with a light staff as I witnessed servers clearing and setting tables. But that was it. We asked for our bill when the food came and she had it to us in a couple of minutes. If I could give a 4.5 star rating I would, it was a mi or hiccup and fully understandable. Just can’t go 5 stars as we waited almost 15 minutes after being seated.

So glad to see Cafe Luna open again. Outstanding happy hour. Atmosphere is great and had entertainment. We had the prime rib special for $19.95 on Thursday. It was very tasty and filling as well. Came with homemade mashed potatoes and a garden salad can’t beat it. The owner was very friendly and attentive with all the patrons. Will definitely return, frequently.

I’m not very often in the city and this time I went back to the restaurant after they moved from downtown Naples (FL). We appreciate the service but something was slightly different in the quality of the meals, maybe they changed the chef. However, still a good location for an evening dinner.

Weird experience. Food was really good when we finally got it. The only aspect of the place that seemed to work was the bar. The bartender sested us at a table, took our order, our wine and salad and then chased our entrees for an hour. He comped the meal. We don’t know what went wrong. My wife says we should try again as the food was good.

Horrible service, I came with my Service Dog, I waited for a few minutes, nobody came to sit at the table. After a few minutes I sat at the bar where the owner asked me if there is a service dog. I replied that yes then he moved me from the bar where I sat on the other side of the bar because there are clients who do not support the animals inside the bar. My dog is trained and behaves very well in public . After I moved to the other side of the bar I ordered a beer to drink while waiting for the food. He made an incessant sound that he makes when drinking alcohol . The bartender suggested to me to stay out. The food was ok for the price paid, the dish being slightly arranged.

the food was fine, nothing spectacular. but the owner/lady who was running the floor was incredibly incredibly rude and disrespectful. was treated terribly and basically called a liar after given misinformation about the happy hour specials. 0/5, would never recommend going here unless you want to get treated horribly plenty of other places with better food around
