Seward is such a lovely small town and this cafe is phenomenal! First time here and came for an early dinner after a 10 hour car ride! Breakfast is all day and that was amazing! EVERYTHING was so delicious! We had fried pickles (first time having fired picked spears and soooo yummy), cinnamon roll pancakes, avocado toast, eggs, Ruben and fries, baked Mac with chicken, regular pancakes and bacon!

Solid breakfast on a traditional town square! My cousin recommended this restaurant for breakfast on our drive through Nebraska. It was well worth the stop and a needed charge for our road trip. We got a Corner Breakfast, Chicken Fried Steak Skillet, Avocado Toast, and Biscuits & Gravy. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. Sausage patties were fresh and non-uniform. Gravy had a little tang that was different but flavorful. Very clean and trendy. Recommended stop!

Nice, hometown eatery with a dose of class. Friendly waitstaff and nice atmosphere. Food is very good, with consistent quality, and reasonably priced. Breakfast is our favorite meal here and we drive from Lincoln regularly for it, but their regular menu is tasty too. They do many different flavors of mimosas, and they are all good. A gem in Seward!

Love the atmosphere, the music, in many ways it reminds me of a nostalgic diner.

This was my first time going here and I will definitely be going back again! The fish sticks weren’t too greasy, and I definitely got my money’s worth of fish. The garlic Herb crusted walleye is the perfect dish for lent as well. The mimosa flight is affordable, and each flavor is equally delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try more menu items.

Each time our family has went here, the service was amazing! The food was perfect! A gem in a small town! The last review I read from a guy named Gary, was ridiculous! He order 9 cheeseburgers! Nine! He was mad they added on a tip of 18%! Was he not planning on tipping for a large order like that?! 20% is the minimum tip! Take a seat seat Mister!

A rare gem in a small town. Ate here Sunday right. Store noon. Food was fresh and well done. We had the blackened back. Geese burger and the garlic grilled cheese. Many of the dishes had an uptown feel but. It too uptown.

This was a fantastic little place! Everyone was so friendly, the food was delicious, and the building was so historic. My husband and I were in town for a wedding and came to the Cafe on a Saturday for lunch and only took a few minutes to be seated, even though every table was full when we came in. The next morning, we brought around twenty of our friends and family members with us for breakfast! Here you’ll get small town hospitality and big city taste and experience. We’ll definitely be back if we ever make it to the Seward area again!

We had good food and great service on a Saturday lunch time. I had the chicken strip basket and my friend the Cobb salad. The chicken strips were hot with a batter recipe and not greasy at all. Good size order of fries too. My friends Cobb salad looked great and she said it was.
