I like cafe rio a lot but the last 2 times I went I had a bad experience, the previous time they served me very little food in my salad the plate was incomplete, this last time it was worse the lettuce in my salad was in bad shape They need to control that when something is spoiled they can’t serve it to their customers anymore, it’s a shame because I really liked ordering food from there.

Everything about our visit was awful. There were three women behind the counter; only one was making the orders and she was doing so one at a time. The other two stodd there talking. We stood in line for over 15 minutes to order and get our food made, we were the only people in line. I was astounded at the cost of the food considering there were no sides of any sort. I spent almost $70 at what was essentially a fast food restaurant. For that price we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and actually had quality food that was filling. The food itself was barely edible. It was soggy and very wet. It tasted only partially cooked and we all, spent the evening in the bathroom. The tables were disgusting. The only ones that were clean were the big long ones meant for large groups. We managed to find a single table, suitable for our 3~person family, that was barely dirty, tucked away in the corner. We will never, ever return to this place. I can’t not recommend this place enough. 0 stars, if I could!!!

Was in the mood for nachos and decided to give Cafe Rio a try, man oh man am I glad that I did! The nachos were delicious, and a large portion! The service was above par, just an all around great experience! I will definitely be back!!

My family and I stopped there by accident on Saturday night, we were hungry. But the young lady who took our orders didn’t know almost anything about her own job (probably not her fault). They seemed to be kind of lost when we asked for something. It was our very first time at this place so we didn’t know how many toppings we can choose, they didn’t know either. At least the food is not that bad, but is not the best. I’m sorry.

They was running out of product and the last issue of the day I actually had to tell your staff to put the order back in the oven to melt the cheese as she looked at me with a smirk knowing full well it was not up to standard.

I visit this restaurant from time to time. The food is usually good and this time it was as well. My only complaint was service and the fact that no one seems to speak English, so you can not ask a question. The staff continuously changes, and they get staff that dont smile or look happy.
