AMAZING. We’ve been to lots of Cafe Rios and this one was definitely the best when it comes to high energy and customer service. Everyone we talked with was friendly and helpful. The food quality was excellent! The lady working the tables was great – she brought us silverware and traded our tray for “extra room”.. so nice! So excited to have a Cafe Rio in this part of town!

Our family are fans of Cafe Rio since we were living in Utah many many years ago. Our dedication as customers to this restaurant chain dates since the burritos were $5 a piece ( quite a long time ago). So we are not new or some random people to this particular restaurant or food. And we were so thrilled about this location when it opened, which would be the closest to our house.

Their nachos are always amazing but it seems that everytime we order take out its always something. those who order nachos know that this is not what their nachos look like. Yes the side come on the side but the amount of meat that we got this time is not compared to what we always get. There barely is any meat on the there. As well as we didn’t get all of the sides that we asked for.

Absolutely horrible food and service. We tried their birria and it was flavorless. The staff couldn’t seem to care less when I went back to ask for an item to be remade. Everyone seemed to think someone else should come help me so no one did for several minutes. Wished I’d gone next door to Chick-Fil-A instead.

Food here is decent but it is expensive, and costs about as much as it would at a sit down Mexican restaurant – just without the free chips and salsa, that will put a single meal over $20 here. I came through the drive-thru window and waited about 10 minutes for them to serve the people in front of me, when I get to the window the the first thing the girl says to me is ‘do you still want grilled chicken’. She then leave the window and comes back and says it will take 10 more minutes. So they wanted me to wait in a drive thru for 20 minutes total, to serve the car in front of me, and myself. There was one table of people inside who had already gotten their food, and 5 employees working. So something is being mismanaged and the whole thing felt unprofessional so I left.
