Can you tell what burrito I ordered from the photo? I ordered two enchilada style burritos today, one shredded pork and one carne asada. For nearly twice the price of Chipotle, there was less than half the amount of meat. Many bites had no meat at all. I ordered cheese on top for both, and neither came with it. Both the rice and beans taste like there is lots of sugar added to them.

Self-serve ordering, styrofoam water cups, $15 burritos. What else could you ask for? Oh yeah, I know, flavor, service, better pricing. They have taken cost cutting to another level with everything but the price to the customer. Food wasn’t terrible, but everything together is below satisfactory. I won’t be back.

I have always gone to the cafe rio in castle rock. I love that one and the food there is great! This location needs some work though… I thought it was strange no one was there to say hello or give any direction. I have been to Cafe Rio before and was confused because this set up was totally different. There should have been someone there to at least say hi. The 2 boys working there were extremely rude to me when I asked for a different salad dressing because I ordered the wrong one. I ordered the wrong one because there was no one there while I was putting in my order so I was not able to ask questions!!!! I hope this location doesn’t leave a bad taste in anyone’s mouth because the other cafe rio I have been to are great!

This place is terrible. Order the sweet Barbacoa smothered burrito get all the way home and there is no meat. Just rice and beans. The rice is hard and crunchy yet they cry for more than minimum wage? Don’t go here. Embarrassment for Highlands Ranch. Can’t even get an order correct. Waste of $30.

The food is great. I like it a lot, but be prepared to wait and wait for your food. It seems that you need to order ahead so when you arrive 20 minutes later you only have to wait 10 more minutes for your food.

Really disappointed in the amount of plastic wasted for dine in orders. We ordered two taco meals and every single component came individually wrapped. This also meant that the proteins were smaller. The picture attached is the waste from after our meal was done.
