Sooooo happy to have a Cafe Rio so close. It just opened this weekend so hopefully they will get everything perfected. Parking will be tight in the small parking lot by the restaurant, but luckily it’s in a huge parking lot with Albertsons so it will be fine. It is nice there is a drive-thru. Will be going there often. Salads and burritos are so good! More like tex mex than authentic Mexican food.

Went on day 2 that the business was open.. There was a lot of training going on and everyone was working and trying hard. When everyone is up to speed, things will be just fine. Food was fresh and the portions were good size. Slightly higher prices than I expected..
