Me and my father came here from New Zeland and this was our first meal of the day. We didnt know what we wanted but young lady named Linda helped us so much!! She was the cutest ever. I sure will miss this when I return home.

Terrible beyond terrible service. 5 employees maybe 6 and not one nope not one could even say welcome, hello or give a smile. Not even a can help you or how can I help you just the dead faces I walked up to the kiosk to place my order since nobody was paying attention to me, and I’ve never used it before, so of course, it was very slow and delayed in me, placing my order, not knowing the system, and no one offered to help. When my order was ready, they simply called out my name and handed it to me. Zero caring zero customer appreciation. The person even walking around cleaning up seemed very humdrum non-smiling no eye contact. The food was decent for fast food but they need some serious help with customer service to make a person welcome and want to come back . I won’t be back until some has shared some positive feedback.

Don’t waste your time going here. I know if you live in the area you were just as happy as I was that they put something that’s usually pretty decent on the corner of cotton. This particular Cafe Rio lack attention to detail. After visiting this restaurant last week we got him after spending a good amount of money on 5 orders and noticed multiple orders were incorrect. Not only were the orders incorrect the soda from the soda machine didn’t have the syrup and was all soda water.

Order online and when I go into pick it up, not one person greets you. You will be lucky in someone is even up front. They don’t call your name out for mobile orders. They just set it on the shelf and walk away. All young kids just messing around. Last order I got was a burrito with queso cheese, queso and chips and the dip looked really orange like it had been sitting out. They were good when they first opened but slowly the kids running it don’t care anymore. Wasted money on my last trip.

New formate where you order from a kiosk. Not an improvement. No option for not adding garnish, not a fan of onions and they decide to add to my dinner. Like the previous set up where you can see and have input on my food. Food is still good, feel like corporate cost cutting has diminished the restaurant.

This place is crazy! Nice polite workers, but the food is outrageous and they messed up our order. I spent 43.00 dollars on 6 tacos. I’ll just go to Mr. Mesquite. More flavorful meat and for 43 bucks I can get a pound of meat and sides that comes with 15 tortillas.
