To begin, this Cafe Rio differs significantly from the one I frequent in Washington state. Here, there’s no interactive line where you can select your items; instead, technology plays a big role, with orders being placed at stations and picked up from the to-go window once your name is called.

not a very welcoming environment. got folks running into you like it’s their last meal. anyways I ordered 2 steak tacos with half pinto half black beans & rice. but what I got instead was lettuce tacos with a side of grilled steak & a pinch of beans & rice. WHERE THE REST OF IT? How and why do yall keep opening up new locations,need to better manage the ones y’all already got. came here thinking it will be different since it’s new. If you stayed this long to read take your money to Pepes & get carne asada tacos thank me later.

Ordered 2 burritos. One wet the other regular no sauce. Wet very little meat.lots beans rice. Live two streets over got home barely warm. Had to take from metal containers and place on dish to reheat. Cause taste very salty. Regular burrito same barely warm. Was excited but unfortunately does not make the cut. $25 for two burritos seems pricey especially when just not that good. Not for me.

I like the idea of the place but then when I got my food I realized why it isn’t good. When people don’t watch you make it then the quality suffers. My burrito was rolled as if it was rolled twenty minutes prior. Then instead of the green leaf lettuce I got crumbles of leafy greens. It’s was sad I wish I had taken a photo but I did not. The girl there to explain how it all works was very sweet and the women at the register was very sweet but what I saw behind the counter in the kitchen area look like a chain gang. The field was not the same and the food definitely was not the same.

Food is good but you have to check closely if your food was prepared properly. At least 6 out of 10 orders is prepared wrong. Just today I ordered a salad with beans and rice on side but when getting my food it was all prepared together. They did remake it correctly but if I didn’t look before leaving I would not have lunch.
