The person who made my burrito does not know to fold , he just tucked it under and when I picked it up it was spilling out. He also didn’t ask if I wanted lettuce or pico de gallo and just automatically put it in my burrito. This was on May 31st at 4pm.

Great food as always but you have to pay for dressing now? Could have done without the cashier’s attitude. I couldn’t tell if they were making her work through her break or if she was just being lazy in between orders and sitting at a table playing music on her phone.

Nice location overall. Food was great (forgot to take a photo of food lol.) and it wasn’t to busy. Staff all seemed to be working but service was still pretty slow so I could see people getting frustrated. Maybe understaffed? Not sure.

The female manager with the glasses has absolutely no class. She publicly shames the employees ” constantly ” . She’s the worst example of leadership . Today she public reamed a new employee in a packed restaurant . Screaming repeatedly , ” What day is today ? ” Making the employee repeat several times it’s taco Tuesday . This was all because he made a mistake ringing the correct price for the tacos the customer had ordered. This isn’t her first complaint and wont be her last . At this point I feel like calling higher ups on her disgusting behavior . She either needs to be retrained in customer service or terminated .

Ordered online, they got my order wrong, refused to do anything about it, and the cashier had a serious attitude problem. She seemed like she was just trying to rush me out of there. They got multiple parts of my order wrong but then acted like I was wrong for saying something. She talked to me like I was dumb even though I pointed out actual inconsistencies. I wasn’t even raising my voice or speaking in a rude way, but she went immediately to defensive and hostile. Then she gave me the hand and just turned away to talk to her coworkers, like I was completely irrelevant.

It used to be my favorite place to eat, I love the food here, however, for a short time every time I have gone there is a woman working that makes the place uncomfortable and unpleasant, she yells at everything and all the employees, she treats the customers horrible clients and it is also disgusting that he yells over the food. This was my first time here, and I was hoping to score a nice cheap “taco Tuesday”-type meal, but unfortunately the deals mentioned online are only applied to the California locations?? Regardless, this place was packed during lunch and rightfully so! It’s fun to see the tortillas being made in front of you, and you have plenty of options to choose from.
