Cafe Rio is always a solid meal. If you are on a strict greens and protein diet this is my go to place. Shredded chicken tostada with lettuce no rice no beans. It makes this type of diet easy and everyone else in my family does not feel like they are being punished.

I have a weakness for Mexican fast food. Cafe Rio has always been a great spot to scratch that itch. I enjoy their Salads and wet burritos. My favorite thing to get, however, is the sweet pork barbacoa nachos. The flavor of the barbacoa almost takes on a pulled pork barbecue flavor with just a touch of sweetness. They load the nachos with quality chips and all that delicious barbacoa and generous amounts of cheese. It is then run through a conveyor belt oven, that melts the cheese perfectly. They add sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. It has way too many calories and is definitely a once-in-a-while pleasure, but it’s so delicious and satisfying.

One of the worst. They have these delivery drivers all sitting around near the cash register while the walk-in customers get priority, clogging up the dine in area for 30 minutes and beyond. On top of that, the service is not good for the mobile orders. Please do better.

Employees here really are trying their best but they are short staffed and are only able to serve the people in line! The online orders are currently backed up. If unable to fulfill online orders in a timely manner, maybe have an option to pause the service during busy times or times when they are short staffed! I do find it unacceptable that I am witnessing staff make their own food for breaks and sitting in the lobby eating while the online orders are not being serviced!

I love Café Rio food I’ve ordered it for take out tons of times! This time I went to go pick it up I was a little underwhelmed by the venue. It felt a little gloomy in comparison to how amazing the food it. The restaurant had a good amount of space but not many tables. The one employee I spoke to was nice and helpful. Parking was good too. I had the Salad which Grilled chicken and the cilantro lime dressing!

I am not the type of person to write reviews, but the cleanliness, quality of food, and service at this Cafe Rio was so bad when I went there last night I couldn’t help but say something. All of the food was overflowing into each other in the containers behind the glass. Our lettuce was brown and rotten. There was a chunk of something in my side of dressing (possibly meat?) when I poured it on my salad. The employees were extremely rude and one of them was flaunting hickies on their neck and barely spoke 5 words to us while cashing us out. The establishment overall had a gross scent to it, almost like sewage. So disappointing especially when this used to be one of our favorite places to go. We have seen this establishment going downhill for a while, but it’s never been this bad.

Cafe Rio is amazing! Fresh ingredients and oh so tasty. The only problem with this location is the bathroom. It smells like sewer and you can smell it as soon as you enter. And on this day, a customer brought in his dog which clearly is not a service dog. Personally, I don’t like my food mixed with pet dander and pet hair

I like Cafe rio so this is not about the food. This specific location is idk I don’t have words for it. Several different situations have taken place and I always just say to myself oh well they really busy I understand they look overwhelmed I understand. One time they was really busy and the young lady you can tell she was trying to keep up but she was doing some unsanitary things: Touching your face then touching the food, picking stuff up off the floor then touching the food fixing her hat then to the food. You get the point. My time came I asked her to change her gloves! Another situation different visit my salad was made wrong 4 times! The first mess up cool we all make mistakes but 4 really!
