Stopped for a late snack and was blown away! Wasn’t sure how to order but Levi and the crew set us straight and guided us with fun songs and chants. Their customer service alone will make us go back! Every staff member had genuine smiles and we felt like one of the gang. Loved the fresh melted cheese in the nachos and the wet burrito was a meal fit for a king. Loved the fresh ingredients. Levi made suggestions and great descriptions of flavor profiles. Try them and love them!

Amazing customer service! Loved how they allow you to try samples before making a decision and ordering it. The team working 7/2/23 at around 6pm were amazing and was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely positive and upbeat environment and Large food portions. Food tastes fresh and amazing. Overall my new favorite spot!

Yeah if I want Mexican food I’ll go somewhere a bit more authentic. Also the staff are bored out of their minds and it shows… One even called us complicated when we customized the order even though that’s the whole idea of this place. I honestly wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

I’ve been to many Cafe Rio locations. I order the same thing every time, and am always happy with my meal. This location missed the mark, because they served me a raw flour tortilla for my burrito. Not sure where the gap is, but they really need to train their folks to cook the tortillas and not assume the impinger will cook it. I typically love the food, this was nasty.

I only go to this location if I’m in the area. But after this visit this past Saturday, I think I’ll stick to the Cafe Rio in MoVal. My order was ready by the time I got there, but the poor employee said he couldn’t see through my windshield which I don’t understand. It wasn’t tinted!

Honestly better than Chipotle in my opinion. The taste is so authentic. Download their app and see if you can get deals. I prefer their salad because it’s essentially a burrito but with lettuce. Horchata and other beverages do not cost extra. It can be busy at times.
