Really is the best. We love cafe Rio but this one in particular always hits the spot! Great portions, great flavors and the staff is truly exceptional. To be able to notice how kind and friendly the staff is with such short interactions is truly remarkable and a testament to them. Will be coming back more and more!

Consistently good food and friendly service. I always enjoy stopping by when I’m going up north, or coming back down. I’ve never gone here and gotten anything other than what I was expecting. The enchilada plate and carnitas burrito are absolutely delicious. The spicy and minty lemonades are something you have to try. I always like to finish the meal with a tres leches or a key lime pie.

I used to go to Cafe Rio every so often. I have visited this location a few times, the Lakewood and El Segundo locations many times. The last time my wife and I went the steak was absolutely disgusting. It tasted and looked like it had been boiled in lukewarm water and not seasoned at all. I’m not sure if the drop in quality was specific to this location or if it’s across the whole chain. Unfortunately I don’t think I’m going to pay another $40 to find out. It used to be pretty good but the recent drop I’m quality is horrendous.

Delicious food and friendly staff! We ordered sweet Barbacoa pork salads and a vegetarian tostada. The sweet pork is delicious and we haven’t found anything like it at any other fast casual restaurants. Restaurant was clean and the decor was appealing. Highly recommend!

Went there on Monday evening and the restaurant was super clean, employees were all friendly, fast service down the line, even with a lot of people in line , sat down and ate and this little woman who I assume to be the manager with neck tattoos asked if we enjoyed everything and took our trays, she is always smiling and a great manager every time my family and I come in.
