Great experience tonight for our family dinner. We came to the Tustin location off of Irvine Blvd. for Taco Tuesday and The food was amazing & fresh. We also had Awesome customer service from Lucy and Austin, They truly made it a wonderful night. They were friendly and pleasant. Honestly with such a great staff, They need a raise! Cafe Rio I expected might be a sit down place but was a lot more like a fancy chipotle. The portions are huge if you get a quesadilla or nachos. Beverage choices also plentiful. The thing tho is there wasn’t anything special that stood out about the food or experience otherwise I might have given that last star.

We had a great experience here. You’re ordering for Easter brunch and was easy to place an order order online. As well as the food was prepared very quickly. I have been to other Cafe Rio locations but I would say that this one was by far the best chips of any of the other locations.

The food at Cafe Rio is so delicious, no matter what you order. My favorite food is tacos and I love going to their Taco Tuesday! Their Pork Barbacoa tacos are so, so yummy! Their fresh lime pie is the best dessert!! The chips with Pico de Gallo or salsa which I always order to take home so good!!! I really love their cold drinks, my favorite being iced tea and their finely crushed ice is amazing. Keeps your drinks so cold. They are so helpful with an always friendly smile. Sometimes I order it to go and sometimes I eat in. They have tables inside and on patio.

Cafe Rico is a definite no from this mexican local. The food is mid at best and the pico and lemonades (bc heaven forbid you have an Agua Fresca) have no real spice/flavor. The rice tastes like it’s out of a bag and don’t get me started on the that is the SwEeT BarBacOA first and last order.

Came down for taco tuesday, we had the Carne Asada and some Carnitas tacos with Queso dip n Chips. On tuesday you can add rice and beans + drink for $2 extra. You can easily come here on a Tuesday and have a meal for about 15-20 if you do it right. The staff is nice and friendly
