A very pleasant experience. When I was being served I got no attitude, I didn’t have to repeat myself numerous times, and they were generous with the amounts. They answered my questions respectfully. A very homelike atmosphere, simple and quiet. Normally I can finish my meal, but this time the food won.

Great food, but the dine in experience could be better…. The SCREAMING wheel could be greased so I can hear music instead of chittering.

I’ve always been team Cafe Rio over Chipotle. they have the best wet burritos for the cost. I typically get a barbacoa tostada that’s always been a great tasty meal.

We tried the new Birria and we loved it. I hope Cafe Rio really considers keeping this on their menu.

I invited my friend to lunch for a meeting, we received the worst customer service ever. He paid extra for the food, it was awful. He told me don’t ever invite him their again. I’ve had better service in the ghetto.

We came in on Thursday at 9 pm. There was a line of like 5 people in front of us. Finally when it was our turn to order they let us know they had no rice, no grilled meats, no guac and they scraped the bottom of the bucket of sour cream for us. If I had known, we would have left and gone to chipotle.

I love this restaurant but the employees seem to be unhappy and I get it working in the food industry isn’t for the weak but at least try to seem in a good mood they kinda just threw my order in a tin foil and called it a day?

The workers are always nice. It can be a bit intimidating because you need to decide all the fixings from the menu but not really know what they are. I never know what salsa or cheese they will put. I know I prefer the flour tortilla salad versus the corn tortilla tostada. They have same fixings but flour tortilla you can munch on. Sometimes the seating area looks messy so I don’t stay to eat unless with friends. Food is yummy.
