LOVE love love the food here. One of my favorites in the area. We moved here about 6 months ago and have found it difficult to find good food that’s appropriately priced. Cafe Rue Orleans fits the bill! The team is kind and attentive. I once waited a bit for my mimosa and they brought out an extra-large one as an apology. It’s a casual spot, cozy and clean.

Feels and tastes like authentic Cajun food. The food is always incredible and is of high quality *consistently*. Service is great and generally you don’t have to wait too long to get your food after ordering.

Never knew this place existed. I’ve passed by for years and always thought it was an office building. Glad we stopped and got to try the Eggplant with Crawfish, Mac and Chicken Gumbo. Everything was very good and will be looking forward to the next visit. Wished we would had known sooner!

Located upstairs in an odd but interesting location, this cafe gives u old Orleans feels. There is limited seating , unisex bathrooms, and great service. Our waitress was attentive and had great suggestions. I ordered catfish and baked Mac and cheese. The Mac was very good. The cheese was higher end and it had flavor. The fish was cooked perfectly but needed a tad more seasoning. I also ordered beignets. The beignets are very large and fluffy, although ours were slightly over cooked. I also ordered a small bowl of chicken gumbo and it was rich and flavorful, although I was disappointed it was missing okra.
