This place is phenomenal. I was a little skeptical because it’s like the 14th Mexican food restaurant in Cedar. But, the price point and food serving size was on point. We choose to eat outside on the patio, which was a nice change. Our waitress Kourtney was friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.

Lively music and a crew of eager servers greeted us when we arrived for lunch. As we walked in, I noticed a week’s worth of daily specials posted to the right of the door, which are in addition to the menu. I was delighted to see a taco salad on the menu. My spouse went for the Green Chili Pork entrée. They served their excellent tortilla chips and two salsas: a slightly chunky “house” salsa with lots of cilantro visible, and a mild, smooth-blended one with any greenery in it. The mild salsa was so palatable that I used it as a dressing for my salad. I can also recommend the jalapeño jelly, actually a slightly sweet jalapeño sauce they make in-house. The salad was huge – in fact, I was unable to finish it, so no dessert for me! (There were several lusciously inviting desserts on the menu.) I’m glad this has opened here in Cedar!

Super good! I tried the Pollo Durango with the creamy tomatillo sauce and mushrooms and it was really flavorful. Loved the salsa too. We were happy with the price and the easy to find GF options on the menu – a lot of dishes I want to come back and try. Oh, and the service was great too.

Ted, I think, did a terrific job waiting on us. Everyone in the place was super friendly. Love that they bring complimentary chips and salsa. Which is amazing. We had enchiladas and tacos. Excellent as were the beans and rice. Prices are competitive and portions are very good. Looked like a few people were training which makes sense since they have only been open for a few weeks. We definitely be back.

We got some delicious salsa which we ate all of (very uncommon) before we ordered. The chicken quesadilla was amazing and tasted amazing even while microwaved. For being some of the only people in the restaurant, the service was pretty slow but the food made up for it. I’d come here a little after lunch around 3-5 PM.
