The club sandwich and cappuccino was yummy here. Menu price is reasonable. Sitting at one of the outdoor tables on a warm Saturday is nice. The farmer market is down the street. The cafe is next to the library.

I generally really like this place and the tuna melt is delicious. This time however I was just shocked the employee wouldn’t make one at 3:30 when they close at 4. Understand ordering food 15 min to close is an unwritten no-no. But the response “we closed the kitchen bc we’re slow today” at 3:30 just seemed like she was being lazy and doing it on her own terms. Unfortunate.

Orinda gem! We have enjoyed this amazing locally-owned cafe for many years. The food and coffee are delicious, atmosphere lovely for a cozy meeting or get-together with a friend, and owners could not be more gracious. Outdoor tables with umbrellas allow us to enjoy the Orinda Community Center area all year long. Nobody makes a better blended soy latte!
