This should be removed as a 24 hour restaurant. This is not a special little Cafe, it is the hotel restaurant in the middle of the Hilton. Do not show up here looking for a 24 hour cafe. That being said, I have eaten as a hotel guest and it is your typical hotel fare. Decent food.

There is no “Cafe Texas” inside the Hilton as per the lady at the front desk. Definitely didn’t find any sort of 24hr restaurant/diner here. Would not recommend for late night eats. Wasted a $30 uber to get there only to find no food and rude service at the Hilton desk. 0 stars if possible

Food was reasonably priced for hotel dining. Food was cooked perfectly, and was delicious! Our waitor Omed was fantastic, and I would recommend coming down and eating here just to interact with him. The scenery is nice, and the chairs are comfy. The coffee is excellent!

Cafe Texas needs to edit their hours of operations due to it being shut down as of last year since covid hit. Please go else where to find somewhere to eat at a different location. I suggest either Denny’s, IHOP, Whataburger, of Jack in the Box those are 24 hours
