Healthy option if you live in Herriman or Daybreak, I personally recommend the build your own, fresh and nutritious food! I do mine with jasmine rice, garlic butter steak adding a egg roll and is so yummy !

Nothing extraordinary but our favorite thing to get there is their grilled pork sandwich, coconut shrimp & that salad. Vegan friendly too

I ordered the coconut curry and it came without sauce. So dry and gross. Don’t order! The milk tea is good but the Passion Fruit Tea tastes like soap.

It was okay, but not overly impressive for my first visit. Clean dining area, plenty of seating for when I went at lunch time. I just asked for the “best thing on the menu”, and they selected the large Beef Combo Pho and Winter Melon Milk Tea. It took longer to get my order than I would have expected, but being my first time there I’m not sure what I should have expected. The pho was enormous, too much for one sitting and I probably would order the small next time. I liked the brisket beef, but did not care for the meatballs – they had a weird texture. I wish the broth was more flavorful and served hotter, it was almost lukewarm. But the noodles were good, and the basil and sprouts were fresh and delicious. The Boba Tea was really good, very flavorful and refreshing. All in all I felt like the cost for value was a little high, but it was ok. Wouldn’t be my first choice, as there are 3-4 other restaurants nearby I think I will stick with in the future. However, if they ever added Pad Thai to the menu, that might bump it up to my first pick.

I have always loved Cafe Trang. The service at this location yesterday was top notch. The food delicious! Prompt and a fair price in today’s economy. When you loose your taste for another hamburger and fries and you crave something fresh and light give Cafe Trang a try!

First time coming in, my coworkers always tell me to go try the boba smoothies and I finally broke down and tried one. I got the coconut smoothie with boba and it was delicious! Fantastic coconut flavor and yummy, chewy boba. And it was only $7! I will definitely be back to try the food.

We tried this place out because the nearby Indian place is closed on Sunday. I had been to the one located in Lehi. Like most of the other reviews I feel like this place is overpriced for what it is. It is priced the same as my usual pho place (Pho Bien Hoa), but it isn’t as good. Overall it is pho, which is good, but the noodles were skinnier than I usually get, they were also a little mushy. The broth tasted was flavorful, but tasted like it was from a packet and the usual spices in pho were toned down. Also it was not very clear like a traditional pho broth. The place comes across a little cheap with plastic spoons and disposable trays for the toppings, but you get a real bowl. The spoons are particularly thin and felt like I was going to cut my lips. The bean sprouts also tasted old. I like the idea of fast casual Pho, bit this place did not live up to my expectations.

The pho had good flavor. I ordered a large with extra veggies and extra noodles. I didn’t finish the noodles but if I had, I would have needed more broth. Photo of broth size next to can of soda below. The bean sprouts didn’t seem that fresh but they were okay. I thought extra veggies was bean sprouts, onion, cilantro but to my surprise it was mixed veggies (broccoli, carrot, green bean, mushroom). I’ve never had pho with that but now I know not to order extra veggies. We got a lot of food for the price. Especially compared to other pho places nearby. Would come back. I’m also so glad it’s by smiths and not inside soda row in daybreak.

We’ve been here for boba. It’s always busy (good sign). The boba is good – not the best ever, and small selection, *but* it’s not a tea shop anyway and just the fwy they can do boba well in addition to their other yummy looking stuff is amazing.
