Food is just ok, just about or slightly below the average. Too salty, not enough meat for one portion of the meal. Expensive, about $20 per each person only if you don’t order drinks. They don’t have lunch or dinner sets. If I am paying $25-35 (including tax), I have so many choices.

I had a tendon noodle at lunch. The tendon was good. The noodle was under cooked for my taste. The soup was a bit too salty for me. Perhaps this is normal for Taiwanese style food and I am Cantonese.

Hong Kong style cafe. Lots of things on the menu from dim sum to pasta and even breakfast like ham and egg. Open very late. Very busy during weekend brunch.

Best Cantonese food restaurant at San Mateo. Hainan chicken rice and bbq pork/ bbq duck are very authentic Cantonese dish. Offering a variety of dishes, from noodle to rice, from grill to bake. All of them taste nice.

Perfect place for quick one-person dinner/lunch. Very delicious food. I went there almost every day when I was at the region for business travel.

Hong Kong authentic food! Came here for breakfast and felt like a cha cha tang besides the fact that it wasn’t very busy. Soy milk and milk tea drinks were delicious as well as their macaroni noodles.

A great place for Hong Kong style cafe food. You can get soups, toast, baked dishes as well as fried rice, chow mein, and other traditional plates. The staff is courteous and I see a lot of locals coming back regularly so they must think so as well!

I was there on a Sunday morning for breakfast. The place is decently sized. It was really busy though. The servers are often rushed so you don’t get the best service at times. The food is pretty good. If you ordered their milk tea, you may find that they already poured in condensed milk so you shouldn’t need to add more sugar. Despite the busyness, I would definitely visit again during the non-peak hours.

We were so excited to see that we have a Tsui Wah in the neighborhood when we moved here and we go at least once a week for a fix of Hong Kong goodness. This is a go-to lunch spot for us for a tasty Wanton Noodle Soup, Chow Mien, and my husband loves the burger patty with curry sauce and rice. The menu is a bit hit and miss. Some dishes have been delicious and others not good at all, so I feel that you need to taste your way across all of the menu to order the best dishes. So that’s what we are trying to do! They do meat and noodle dishes well but I would like to see more vegetables and healthy options.
