We usually love Cafe Yumm! It is a tasty treat we can feel good about. Tonight, however, was disappointing. We came through the drive thru about 20 minutes before they closed and ordered two medium original bowls with extra olives and cilantro. This cost us $25. Any other time I have gotten this order, the container is full to the brim, and the lid will hardly stay on. This time, what we received was maybe the small order portion in a 16 oz container. As can be seen in the photo. Not typically one to complain, but this was not a cheap order. May not return to this location for a while.

Great job with the lunch rush in the drive through. My super-custom order was taken by Trevor who did a great job. Corinne at the window saw me check my receipt and confirmed everything was correct. I’ve been to the Happy Valley & PDX locations several times & never an issue. 1st time I went to this location I went thru the drive thru & my order was wrong. Today I went into the store, there was no wait to order & I got the Southwest wrap. I watcher 15ish cars get their orders while I waited 10 minutes for my food. Clearly they prioritize the drive thru not customs in the store. I mentioned it to an employee while checking if my order was correct (it was) & was told grill takes longer than bowls then a half a$$ed apology. I replied I don’t believe for 1 second no one in the drive thru orders grilled items. As I reached the door clear across the restaurant he yelled something about a coupon at me like I’m walking back. I work minutes away & it’s warmer outside than my freshly grilled food is. Overall my food was good (although not hot), the ingredients are fresh, good sized portion. I won’t be going to this location again.

I found a sharp splintered wooden stick in my rice. I bit into it on accident and it stabbed my mouth. The tofu was AWFUL. Rock hard and very dry. The Tempeh was so rancid and rotten tasting that I had to spit it out. Seriously concerned that I might get food poisoning. I’m not feeling good after eating from this place. Stay away!

We received about 5 (small) pieces of chicken in our bowls for $16 each. They Didn’t follow the dietary instructions. Ridiculously overpriced. The food we received tasted disgusting. We threw most of it away. Never again. There are better places for the $. Avoid.

We have went to Cafe Yum in Boise. We weee excited ro see one in Vancouver. We go to order and we’re told no tofu and no tempeh, even though it’s on their menu. We ask about the bento bowls(which were not on the menu) and they have those. I found it unusual they do t have items that are advertised and have items that are not advertised. Won’t be back.

I put in a to go order for the 192nd location so I thought. It went to the checklock location I called the location that had my order and asked if it could be switched to the 192nd location. The gentleman at the 192nd location Honestly really didn’t seem to care. Really was an honest mistake I have been working nights? I swear I put in the hundred and ninety second location because I was going to grab it on my way to work. After the lovely lady talking with the gentleman about how he can just make me. The bowl and basically corporate can take care of it and the money should be transferred to their restaurant. He proceeded to say that he doesn’t think that they’re gonna get the money and usually have issues with that. So I just said forget it I will just go down to the check off location. I get there and the two lovely ladies there on thursday night on four twenty l o l Hands me the bag and says she compt it Working nights have made me a little emotional. I’m not gonna lie lol. I just thought it was the sweetest thing I told her she didn’t have to. I just wish I would have got her name I was very appreciative I go to cafe i’m quite a bit and I definitely will be going to this location now from now on even though the 192nd location is closer. I kinda feel like the 192nd location is kinda snobby. I mean to each there own. But as a resta owner I would have just made that person their order knowing they have to be at work in 20 mins and seen I paid for it… I mean I get it but dude it’s just rice sauce and avocado that we pay 14 bucks for… thank you chaklov location!!!! you didn’t have to comp me, things like this make me think there is hope in the world lol
