Food is good, portions seem off as a small looks just like a large? Also the workers make it so stressful while you wait, like they look so panicked. They need to just take a chill pill. It’s not a race. Make sure not to skip quality just because your trying to be fast. Everyone knows it’s busy and they will wait if you just give them a heads up. And then when it’s all said and done they all cry in relief because there are no more customers ordering? Maybe more staff is needed.

Used to be fine only one year ago. I used to get my order in less than 5 min. Now I’m waiting 10-15 min and my orders are not being made properly. I order with no onions but there’s onions and their response is “oh sorry.” Need Siracha but they have been forgetful. Used to be a regular but I’ll be moving on from here.

Cafe yumm is usually really good but this location misses the mark. Coming from Eugene, we might just be spoiled with well ran locations down there because this experience was a little frustrating. First off, the portions seemed a lot smaller than other cafe yumms. Second, when complaining as to why there was no cheese melted at the bottom of our wraps (the best part) the associate told us they accidentally made it wrong as a “wrappit” and decided to throw the cheese in the mix. Not only did you admit you messed up, but you thought it was okay to modify my order because of that and not make it right.

8/8/21 5:21pm: 1st time here was immediately greeter by a friendly smiling face.. I was able to tell him what I like and what I wanted and they were easy to put it together perfectly,. The staff really looked like they enjoyed their jobs and take pride in their work. Food came out super hot, it had a fresh feel.. it was very good the flavors of everything was spot on . The dinning room was clean but the carpet threw me off . But it must be the theme .

I went to a Cafe Yum years ago on 7th and Holiday and I can’t remember what I had but it was good whatever it was. A few weeks ago I went to this location with my daughter to have lunch and the nice young lady there (Ayla) was very helpful in explaining what the menu was, I decided on the southwest chicken wrap thing and it was delicious with the yum sauce. Our service was quick and the food was good

Absolutely horrible wait time. Was told 10min, waited 30min while everyone who had massive orders got theirs before me. Went up to ask what was taking long… while my food was sitting on the counter the whole time. These people need to do better. They don’t check on who is waiting and just talk with each other…
