I would give -5 stars if possible. First, a large – same size as medium at other cafe yumm locations. Second, no utensil or sauce. Lastly, no chicken in order. I specifically opened it up and was told it was “on the bottom”. Got home and it was no where.

So I’ve been coming to cafe yumm for 30+ years. Food wise I’ll never get tired of it. It is one of my favorite lunch places and I go at least 3-4 times a week. Food always gets 5 star. However this location I’ve gone to several times now, and every single time my large bowl is only 3/4 full. I go to Beaverton usually and Eugene often. The bowls are always filled to over the top and the lid smashes it down so it’s completely 100% full. I’m not the type to review, however I felt I needed to here. I will not be coming back to this location again. Which is a shame because it’s one of the closest to where I live. On top of what I mentioned the price went up on the bowls recently. Which I totally understand. But full the bowls up! A large bowl 3/4 filled does not make me full for $11.50. I couldn’t even guess within $1000 of how many yumm bowls I’ve ate in my life. I grew up down the street from the very first location. I do t like complaining. But this is really unexceptable as Almost all other locations fill the bowl up and give you your moneys worth. Please change this method. Go see what Beaverton is doing. They are the busiest location out of all

Ordered online at this location 05/24 right at opening which I hate to do but I was hungry and in the area. Upon entering, restaurant was clean, smelt great, and had great vibes. When I got to the counter, the employee asked for clarification on the sauces I had ordered in the side and had me confirm I didn’t want any on my chicken and rice. I really appreciated that he didn’t assume and gave me the ability to make the decision myself. Food was ready when I arrived, employees were kind, and overall I was extremely happy with my experience.

I love Cafe Yumm, I really do. And I will always eat there. But I’m getting pretty tired of the continuous mistakes with my orders at the meridian location. The last 3 times I’ve had it delivered, my order was 100% incorrect. And this was not by the fault of the Grubhub driver. My name being on the bag and all. Your menu items are little too pricey for me to be getting what I did not order.

This was my first time at a Cafe Yumm (I guess it’s a chain?). The customer service was outstanding. The girl behind the counter was knowledgeable and understanding of my garlic allergy. She did her best to direct me to a good meal. Based inn customer service, this place would have gotten a 5- star rating.

Cafe Yumm has the goods! Fresh, bright, tasty and consistent meals with a variety of healthy options. One person tried the cauliflower rice and highly recommends. Another person in our group was tasting Yumm for the first time and will be a return customer. This location is difficult to get in and out of, but was the best place to meet with friends coming from different locations.

Amazing food! I could eat it every day, however sometimes when I order from Uber eats I receive toppings I didn’t ask for, or I don’t receive toppings I asked for. Also the prices are a little too high now. I wish they could get my orders right because I don’t want to have to go yumm bowl, to actually get what I want. That is why I rated 4/5 stars overall.

Everytime I come to this location I NEVER receive my correct order. I understand modifications and/or substitutions may be annoying but if I’m spending more money than fast food I expect a correct order. Unfortunately I will not continue to frequent a location that is not checking accuracy.

Building your own bowl is the way to go! Unless you like everything which then great! Suggest you try adding crispy noodles, nori, almonds, and pepitas to your bowl sometime perhaps not all 4 at the same time. The SW tofu is top notch. Friendly customer service, nice atmosphere, positive music, quick service, and tasty food nearly every time.
