My favorite spot to go for quick healthy meal since they just opened. I love to look at their kitchen in the back, it looks so clean and neat, staffs are great really good staff training, salads always delicious, as well as sandwiches, soups, & fresh juices. Bad Service…and NOT gluten-free restaurant…asked for combo I ordered with the pesto chicken salad sandwich without the bread and they said they had no way of packaging it.. (see pictures below) they could’ve put it in one of the slots of the 3-slotted plastic container. Instead they put it on bread and it was my problem. First time ordering from there. I want to like it..Food really good, service really bad. And any modifications made to any of my friends and families orders were not fulfilled, even though we paid extra for them.

Had a recent staff gathering and the catering was excellent. Delivery was right on time, delivery guy was really kind and careful to wait until there was a good moment to bring the food in, and everyone loved their food. Great boxed lunch options for dietary restrictions here, enough for everyone, and easy ordering too. Really loved the service from this place. Pesto chicken sandwich is also YUM. Thanks a lot!

Tried for the first time today, honestly wasn’t impressed. Got the pick 2 with mac & cheese and a turkey avo club. The mac and cheese more resembled soup than actual mac n cheese. There was about 10 noodles in it and a bowl full of liquid cheese. The food overall lacked flavor, it wasn’t bad just mediocre. Most of the staff was friendly and polite and the store was clean and well maintained. Probably would not come back.

The food is decent quality and staff is friendly but my husband and I paid over $25 for 2 salads and one drink. That’s outrageous. Not only that, but any ingredient they put in besides the lettuce is 1 tiny teaspoon. So we basically paid $25 for a bowl of lettuce with a couple of onions and peppers mixed in. Will not be back.

Ate here for the first time yesterday (July 5th, 2023), and it was fantastic. I shared an order of the pick 2 combo (pesto chicken sandwich and mangoberry salad) with my mom, and the serving size was perfect for us. Plus, it came with a free chef roll and a chocolate-covered strawberry.

First time at Café Zupas today, and the good news is that I really enjoyed the food. The southwest potato & green chili soup was delicious, as was the brisket grilled cheese sandwich. I enjoyed the (very refreshing) orange berry infusion drink, and I loved my chocolate-covered strawberry! The not-so-good news is that many of the tables (and the floors near them) were very messy. I’m talking half the tables in the whole place. Also, dishes were stacked dozens high near the garbage, and even though it was not that busy, none of the four or five employees working in the half hour that we were there made any effort to clean anything whatsoever. Not good. Here’s an idea – assign one person to circulate through the dining area, and spray a table every now and again… what a concept! I’ll give the place a second chance, but hopefully that fairly important issue will be addressed.
