For a place that prioritizes making their customers feel welcome they sure don’t do that with their employees. Management is very poorly handled and the environment is extremely stressful and toxic. You’re expected to be perfect in every way while keeping a smile. They do whatever they can to scam their employees into being paid less while doing more work. Besides why pay THAT much for decent food. You’re better off eating at McDonalds for how much sugar they put in their tomato soup.

They were more worried about the phone in orders than the customer standing right in front of them. They could not stop working on those orders to help us. All the tables were dirty, no one was attending or cleaning the dining room areas. We love Zuppas food but they should care more about their customers. It was like this last time we came in, we decided to try it again, same thing. Management tell your employees to take care of the customers first!!!

I was first introduced to Zupas in Arizona by my cousin. I loved it! So visiting my daughter in Utah it was a must have for me. I am very disappointed. I tried turkey cranberry panini. It was supposed to have microgreens on it. There were like 3 sad little sprigs of something green. My mushroom soup was the bottom of the barrel and was luke warm by the time I sat down to eat it. Lastly, could they have picked any smaller sadder chocolate strawberry to give me??

If you want some no-regret fast and yummy meal, go with a 2-item combo from Zupas. I recommend the Strawberry Harvest and either the BBQ Brisket or the Brisket Grill Cheese sandwich.

This location is far below the Zupa’s standard. The lemonade tasted funky, there were ants by the drink station. It was very dirty and cluttered by the trash and they got my order wrong. This location’s management needs to step it up to not tarnish the Zupa’s brand.

It is full of the people you would expect. Screaming children running around and parents doing nothing. Apart from that it is weirdly cold no matter what time you go. The service is not super great and many manager level people are highly passive aggressive to both customers and employees. Why waste a great location with not great service? Would not super recommend.

Tried the new Korean barbecue sandwich and it does not have enough vegetables. It doesn’t lack in flavor but the sauces are also too salty and for what it’s worth, it’s better just to go to a Korean sandwich shop. If you love zupa’s just stick with you old stand by’s. Now for the biggest issue. 90% of the time that I’ve been in this restaurant the tables have not been cleaned off or cleared or wiped down and finding a clean table is a huge challenge. When they 1st opened I saw employees busting their butts to keep the place clean but now it’s not a priority anymore.

Tried the new park and order station. Not sure if my order got lost or forgotten or if the park and order is bottom of the priority list, but the food took over 30 minutes with zero people in line inside the cafe (a few order pickups). I had 2 kids with me in the car and didnt want to get them both out to go in and order take out so i thought id give the drive up a try. Will not be using that thing ever again.
