Used the kiosk to order through the drive through. Got home with my food, and my order was not made correctly. I was supposed to have a 1/2 strawberry fields salad and a honey bacon club. It was even labeled that way on the top of my food container. I’m not sure what kind of sandwich I actually received, but it had turkey, cheese, and avocado on it, without the bacon, honey mustard, or tomatoes that I was looking forward to. Next time I will skip the kiosk and just order inside. Disappointing….

Fantastic variety of sandwich and salad choices. Needs better cleaning in seated area. App is improving, drive thru good. The team is always busy making good food. I love the custom salad choice. Every order receives a chocolate covered strawberry or chocolate covered Oreo, roll. Note pictured is the drink area, nice assortment of crafted fruit juices/lemonade, flavored syrups peach is my favorite.

I have never eaten here before. I’m in line now. It’s about 35 degrees outside. The line is going very slow because there is only one car in front of me and they are sitting at a stand still on the area we order. A poor little girl who must weight 80 pounds is standing outside at the line to go rider. she is shaking from the cold. And standing there stuck talking to whomever is on the car.. I can’t tell if she is enjoying fliritibg woth this person for 20 minutes, or if they are holding her hostage there attending to their needy emotions. Either way, I’m Not ordering and leaving. No thanks. Turn off. What ever your selling .

New restaurant so looks and feels clean. Ordered the combo of sandwich and salad. Watched them put a tiny scoop of each fruit into my salad. I asked for extra scoop of blueberries. They said there’s extra charge. Not worth it, IMO. I’m better off at Cafe Rio where they load you up on whatever toppings you want and not skimp

The food is really good but who ever was in the drive thru on 8/25 was super rude. I had a free drink that i didnt get and she came back rolling her eyes and NECK with attitude, which was so unnecessary. I already spent 40 dollars didnt need rude customer service!!!

Delicious soups and sandwiches! There were 5 of us and all good got shuffled together, had to go back and get our strawberry. The store was clean,but the music was kind of loud and made visiting difficult.

Amazing food. Once you get an employee to talk to you, they are nice; however, getting an employee to actually speak to you is dang near impossible. I always order pick up and I am standing there for five minutes before someone asks me what I am waiting on and I tell them a pickup order and they’ll say oh it’s not done yet but in reality, the person in the back says oh no, it’s been done. If they would be polite and actually speak to the customer waiting, this review wouldn’t have even been written.

The location is very nice and it’s brand new. I had the Cuban sandwich and lobster bisque soup. The sandwich comes with a citrus mustard base spread, mustard is very traditional for a Cuban sandwich. However, I don’t like mustard so I asked for mayo instead. They don’t serve any type of mayo in this restaurant. So then I asked for a recommendation of a condiment because I don’t like dry sandwiches. So the lady that was helping me asked her coworker about the recommendation and he recommended a pesto sauce. I said okay and to put the sauce on the side in case I didn’t like it. The guy put a very small amount of sauce in the cup. I asked him, if he could fill the cup up. He then said that was all he could give me. I wish I had taken a picture to show how little he put in the cup. I then said can you please fill the portion cup, I will pay extra for the sauce. He said something to another coworker and then he filled the cup up. I had one of the smart waters for my drink and I also had a caramel brownie. The sandwich was delicious, the brownie was served cold, it would have been better served warm. The soup was a 10+ as always. I will visit this location again but hopefully I won’t have the issue about the condiments.
