Great little place. Friendly and efficient service. Clean and new. Tight seating area, but it works well. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to other coffee shops I’ve been to recently. Definitely recommend. FYI, restrooms are outside around the corner. Busy area around other restaurants and next to/at ASU campus.

Great stop in the AM before work. Nice people and place. I had a hot chai latte and it was okay, slightly weak. Jalapeno bagel was the best part but the filling was a little out of proportion. Will come back and try other things.

Delicious and a surprisingly quiet spot next to ASU. The espresso drinks are smooth and the baristas do some impressive latte art. The arepas are good, especially with some bacon on top. My only criticism is the avocado toast could do with more avocado.
