Cute little place with country charm. Friendly staff and lots of chicken/pulled pork/brisket/rib options. This is an order/Pay at the counter place where you find your own seat. The seating area and kitchen are only separated by a counter so it is Pretty hot in the dining room and would make me consider ordering ‘to go’ next time. Brisket volcano was really good!

We frequent AB and EI and were looking for something different aside from the seafood restaurants on the strip that are seemingly carbon copies of each other. We found Caino’s and will definitely be returning! Southern hospitality, great service, wonderful small town vibes, and the food was on point! If you’ve never been, get the brisket. Best brisket I’ve ever put on my jaw. Sides are all homemade and hold up to the richness of the meats. What a wonderful hidden gem!

Banging BBQ. The ribs and brisket were my favorites. They had a great smoke ring and flavor. Their sauces are great too. Also, the employees are extremely friendly. One of the best BBQ joints I have been to. It is definitely better than the garbage Lexington style BBQ joints I have been to.

Every time we go camping, we try a local BBQ restaurant. We’ve had great BBQ from Mt. Mitchell to Ocracoke. As an Eastern North Carolinian, I am partial to vinegar based, pulled pork. We were excited to try Caino’s as it was very close to our campground and had great ratings. However, the food was just not to our liking.

The BBQ here is the right amount of smokey, juicy, and heavenly meatiness! And their sides stand up to the meats! The hush puppies and beans are my favorites. And don’t forget the Pappy sauce! The staff always goes above and beyond for us whenever we have been there. Out of the way, but 1,000% worth the drive.

My first time going with a friend of mine. First off the vibe is great . Going inside its warm and friendly greeted immediately. Sat down and didn’t have to wait long at all to be waited on. The food was superb hot and fresh. Everything is made fresh daily. Will definitely be back

Love this place! Have been going here since it was called the Red Barn. Was also my first job, the new owners have turned it back into that cute little restaurant next to the ICW. Highly recommend there pork or chicken volcano fries and pulled pork sandwiches. And don’t forget that PAPPY SAUCE!!!

Cute little place, only open 3 days a week but food was amazing. Fountain drink spouts looked like they may have needed to be cleaned but the sweet tea was on point and I can easily say we would go back!
