I am literally sitting in the parking lot now trying to eat this food that I got with my last $20 and it’s disgusting. The chicken is dry and tastes old even with the burning sauce, the rice and noodles tastes like nothing and its just bad overall. This place needs to close. I wish I would’ve never went here. I’m about to throw this food away. I would’ve took it back had I known they would give me a refund but I know they want. This was such a waste of money. I hope someone sees this reviews before buying food because I wasn’t so lucky. Smfh . I tried to eat as much as I can but this was a complete waste and I’m still hungry .

This food was absolutely DISGUSTING. My rice was spoiled. By the time I went bac to the mall they were closed. Tried calling the number online and its disconnected. Called the mall and they have NO number for them. I want my money back. I don’t care if it was $11. I wasted my time and money on food I can’t eat. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Always hits the spot when you need something flavorful ! Great portions and fast friendly service . This is the only place I will actually go to Pembroke Lakes mall for because the food is always so good they never miss !

Worst customer service !!! Didn’t know between two different flavors which one to pick and they wouldn’t let me try. I asked to split the different 2 flavors and they wanted extra money (it’s the same amount of chicken just 2 different flavors) they were very rude. Bad customer service. Ended up getting food at Chikfila. I goes they didn’t want my money

I will never eat here again! After talking up this place to my teenager who originally wanted the orange chicken from the Japanese spot next door, I ask the server here for a sample for her to try and compare and she told me they don’t give samples! SINCE WHEN??? I wasn’t looking for a free handout, I was extremely offended, because she seen my teenager finishing a sample of orange chicken from the other spot so I guess she thought we were looking to get full on samples. I have always enjoyed the food, but the lack of service means they will never again get my business. We ordered from the Japanese spot instead since she knew what their chicken actually tasted like.

1 star because I couldn’t put negative stars. Very rude customer service! I ordered two entrees for my daughter and I, and there were additional sides. They crammed everything on an already small container. I asked for them to separate the additional portions and I was told “we can’t do that”. I pointed out how overcrowded the plate was and they rudely refused and said well ” thats your problem” . I opted not to eat there and left the food. I don’t support disrespectful service on top of practices that already didn’t make sense. And it was a sanitation risk, that in effort to cram food in tiny container, her gloveless hand touched it. I was too disgusted too continue the order.
