I am about sick of this place! Every single time i go, i order extra cheese sauce because they don’t put enough cheese for the large potatoes they serve. Well the last few times i’ve been, instead of them giving me extra cheese sauce, they just add a cup of cheese on the side and fully dress my potato so that i won’t see the missing cheese.Look closely at this photo! the only liquid cheese that’s on there is the cheese i added! This place is very expensive and you do not get your money worth 0/10. They do this every single time!! I will NOT be returning!.

i haven’t been here in a while because this business was damaged by Hurricane Ida,i’m glad to see they’ve reopened,the establishment was clean and inviting,the staff was extremely friendly,there were a few customers inside eating,there was a special this week: Seafood Extravaganza Potato (shrimp, crawfish and crabmeat) tomatoes,cheese,chives,and sourcream (on the side),i got the small potato and it was delicious (i was only able to eat half)

Had the chili and cheese baked potato. Chili wasn’t the best and they fixed it so hot it took about 10 minutes before I could eat a bite. This the only thing I’ve had here though

Some of their menu items’ names have changed, but it’s the same food as before. I did notice an expanded menu now, offering more than just potatoes. Overall, they are still the same good-sized potatoes stuffed with what you order.

Very rude person answered the phone and pretty much told me he didn’t want to make my food because there was going to be a 30 min wait. Why would an employee talk a customer out of spending money? I will never understand why buissness owners hire people that don’t take every dollar they can earn.
