Felt like meatloaf tonight. Saw they had meatloaf parmigiana. I said I’d give it a shot. Not bad. Nice fresh vegetables and mashed potato’s. Nice chicken and rice soup came with meal. Was a bit salty but good… potato skins weren’t bad either….:

Service was fast and good. Food was above average. My husband ordered the omelet and I got 2 eggs one without the yolk with corned beef – eggs were cooked perfectly sunny side up and runny just how I like it . I read the good reviews about their cheesecake and got it and it surely did not disappoint. It was the exact texture I enjoy in a cheesecake. Cute little spot. Better than most diners out there for sure.

I woke up in the mood for pancakes, and we recently moved in down the street from this diner, so we decided to try it out. I got two eggs sunny side up with bacon and my boyfriend and I shared a side of buttermilk pancakes. Everything was awesome. The “home fries” are deliciously seasoned potatoes with onions, and I couldn’t stop eating them. The pancakes were HEAVEN. Our server was extremely attentive, and the atmosphere was nice and busy. Highly recommend.

The worst part about going to the Original Pancake House (OPH) on a weekend is the 30+ min wait if you arrive after 10:30AM. In search of an alternative, I headed to the Caldwell Diner and was not disappointed at all.
