These burgers are awesome, super fresh and taste great. Bit overpriced for portion size but that’s Seattle for you. I like all the customization you can do on the ordering kiosks. Also you can watch a robot make the French fries. Seems this type of fast food is the wave of the future, more automation, fewer human employees. This is located in the food court on the second floor.

I just came back from that place. I just want to get some cold drink in the sunny day. I got my shake from there and the straw and the lid was really oily. So, I ask them to get the one with paper wrap and they said that’s not good for the shake and they get the new one for me that she use the napkin grab it and hand it to me. I don’t have any problem with it at all but she was complaining me in Spanish and gave an aggressive attitude. So, fist time and last time for this place. I wonder if they really done the test for working with food and get their food worker card? She was working with frying stuff and then come to make my drink with oily groves.

Meh. I got the K Town hot dog and fries. The hot dog was really small, but very good and surprisingly filling. The fries were more plain than frozen store brand fries. The kitchen got two out of three of our orders wrong. The kiosk is also confusing. It’s also too far back and too high for a wheelchair customer as I watched one struggle mightily for over 5 minutes before anyone helped him. It also took too long for my food when not very busy. Skip this place if you’re in a hurry.

This will be my first time eating here and trying it. The burger that I had was called Baja BBQ Bacon Burger it was delicious and tasty though the onion ring was okay the sauce was bit messy overall the experience Was good the fries aren’t special but it was tasty too lmao. I recommend if you want try something different while in Downtown.

The only reason still got 3 stars is the food. K town hotdog was delicious. Disappointed because hotdog was really small. It was not I was expected as shown on their menu. Another thing was, my order was very messy. All the sauces and ingredients were in the side or more likely on the wrap or sleeves.

Come here pretty consistently for lunch and 9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong and I have to tell them what goes on the burger, which is on the menu. Definitely check your order before leaving.
