First time ordering food here. I ordered the pepper steak and yellow rice with peas. The rice was okay, but the meat was well seasoned and very tender. I enjoyed it. The next time, I will order with white rice to see if it would taste different. Overall, it’s a good place to get a quick meal.

Delicious food, excellent portions. Five-star, above and beyond, extraordinary staff… Three options for rice: black beans and rice, yellow rice with broth cooked in, and white rice. My go-to is the beef stew with yellow rice. I couldn’t believe they could fit so much in one container. AND, there are many options, all authentic with excellent ingredients. Checkout the photos of the selections. It’s not a buffet. They have staff that serve you.

I ordered for delivery the roasted pork, rice and beans, plantains, beef and chicken empanadas, passion fruit juice. Everything was delicious, but the pork was my favorite. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I recommend the empanadas too, they were crispy and flavorful.

They are my life savers over the weekend i had Catering Services from another restaurant and they screwed me over and canceled the day before the event. I ran over to Caliente Deli to see if they would make the entrees I needed they were very understanding they took my order and info they were very polite and accommodating they offered to cover the event I was so grateful that they were able to do it was for my daughters Sweet16 that was already in the works for weeks they were my original choice bc their food is soo good I love everything they make there los maduros rice my favorite candy chicken, Pernil and the fried chicken was a hit at the party the was the first to go. They have great customer service hands down by far the best for local spanish food spot taste like home..they really came to the rescue if it wasn’t for them Catering my event it wouldn’t of been pretty especially getting turned away with no notice from the other establishment..all can say is Muchísimas Gracias por Sus Servicios Se los Agradezco un montón.. You have one happy and satisfied customer Definitely i would go everyday if I could and Im picky cant get enough lol <3

I don’t have any photos of the food because we ate it so quickly. We ordered the pernil with yucca, the steak and peppers with black moro, tostones, maduros, balcaito, chicken empanada, and two tres leches (strawberry and caramel). Every single thing was delicious. Their food is absolutely delicious!! I have had the oxtails, pernil, steak, roasted chicken, ribs, empanadas and everything thing was amazing! Seasoned to perfection and great portions!!! Best of all they deliver! My Spanish needs some work but somehow I always manage to order my food!!!

Try this place again to see if they worked on there beans and brought them back to when they first started the business… I’m done , the food is either to salty or over seasoned. Beans don’t need to look this orange to taste good.
