I ordered a steak salad a few weeks ago and it came with steak’um type meat on it, not the usual sirloin steak. I let that pass. Last week we ordered 2 pizzas and a steak salad with ranch dressing. When the order was delivered, the 2 pizzas came but the salad was missing. The delivery driver said he would come back with the salad. When he came back with the salad, it was microwaved as the greens were wilted and brown and the steak was not tender also the dressing was missing. The steak salads are $16 and you would expect better quality. We called and spoke to a manager and he credited our account and stated that we had 2 free items, the salad he added and we had a free cheese bread which we did not know about. My husband called today as we were going to redeem the items and the lady that answered couldn’t find our account under either phone number provided or address. My husband asked for a manager and when the lady was talking to the manager, my husband heard the conversation between the employee and the manager Jim where he said “oh it’s the Venditti b**** calling again to get free stuff”. We do not call and complain as we are good customers but you have now lost a customer for how they speak about their customers to the employees. We will not be back. I recommend going to a small business that truly appreciates their customers. Try A Slice of New York, excellent food, fresh and much better customer service than what we have just experienced at Caliente’s.

Food-excellent and always so much food! The Motor City Madness pizza was perfection! Beers, great as well! A little confusion with the staff who noted she was newer after we received an item that was clearly the wrong item based on what we ordered. The kitchen did end up making the correct order but after we bad already gotten the wrong item and declined the correct one be made. Was then way too much food. Otherwise, always a great meal!

Ordered 2 orders of clucking hot chicken rolls. Only 5 of the rolls were full size. The rest were barely even half the size shown on the website with 1 being a literally a 1/4 of the size of the full size sized rolls. Horrible experience never spending my money there again.

Traveling for business in Pennsylvania. Multiple sites said this was the best pizza in the area. I would agree. I had a great experience and found the pizza to be exactly what I was looking for. It’s not a chain pizza. It’s a robust pizza with a plethora of toppings, crust is fantastic. The sauce is just seasoned right. I can’t ask for a better pizza when I’m traveling.

Git a coupon for free cheesinator, ordered that and a Brooklyn style pepperoni. Half was burnt to a crisp and had a 3 slice wide rip. when I called, got sat down before hearing the employee go off and say it wasn’t burnt, and put through to the General manager to be treated like I’m lying. Had a first-time decent visit. Service was poor but food was alright. Then a second visit where, after more than 35 minutes, received a pizza was made with stale day-old dough, and had incorrect toppings. Called the location. They hung up on me. Contacted main office by email. They said they were going to send a gift card to make up for it. Email repeatedly said they were all about offering good customer service. Tried to use the gift card on a take out order. Location refused to accept it on a take out order. Paid for the pizza. Got home. With cold toppings, wrong toppings, and the awful after taste of the belligerent lady in the restaurant, we won’t be back.
