AUTHENTIC! If you are not going to be ordering from Mexico than order here. Best Mexican food we’ve ever had time after time . Every item has incredible unexpected flavors. Unexpected because no one else delivers Mexican food this fabulous! Large variety also makes it easy to enjoy for everyone. Great value for the money too.

The food here is so good! Everything is fresh, delicious, and made to order. They have a great assortment of options beyond the basics – things like pickled onions, corn, pineapple, etc. Also, the staff are very nice & friendly!

Just picked up lunch and it was excellent! I was excited to see the 007 tacos on the menu, I thought I was the only one that made them that way! The carne asada was tender and flavorful and having grilled pineapple as menu topping is treat! Can’t wait to go back!

A bad chain link can ruin a system. Simple as that. The food is great. Yet, it has to be served with care and love, not some guy that thinks he’s better than a chef at Calient(exactly what he is suppose to be). You need to love what you do when it comes to food, otherwise leave the business and go build houses or pick up phones for a living like everyone else, there’s plenty of jobs available. Exclusive customers can feel the vibe of a bad server and it’s such a turn off. I love everyone in there except one, can this go away?! Because if not, I will!

Writing a review because I love this place and really want it to stay in business! We were devoted Baja’s customers but the choices at Caliente are more interesting and tastier— what a great fast casual taco joint, with all the different flavor profiles available. Give it a shot!
