I usually love CCC but I got the Chinese Chicken salad. I flipped over a piece of lettuce and there was a super dead dried up fly. Unfortunately, I ate a lot of the salad. Please get better, CCC, I loved you. 🙁

Almost never leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars – it’s one of the only affordable high quality fast casual spots in Santa Monica . The food is 10/10 and the order ahead experience leaves us with a huge smile on our face . Pedro met us at our car and brightened our day with the BEST customer service. We’re so loyal to this place. They’re chicken is undercooked. They have two options when ordering I chose the second option which is well done and it still was undercooked. I spoke to the manager and asked for a well done half chicken and they still gave me a rare cooked chicken. Other locations aren’t like this one.

I also have not eaten at this establishment, yet had a very similar situation. Scheduled from indeed recruitment team for an interview, upon calling the store, I was led in circles about the manager not being available, but being in the store, yet unable to take a phonecall directly requested for management, upon spending money I don’t have and precious time, again, scheduled with the GM having absolutely no clue about my arrival. At least he shook my hand proper and apologized for the inconveniences.

Really the best salad nearby. Huge portion and very fresh ingredients. Even when it’s just Caesar salad, the romaine comes so fresh and juicy which makes it more rewarding and fulfilling to eat. Packaging also shows a lot of attention to details. They pack everything people might not like in a small bag or cup – scallion, onion, crouton, cheese, etc. Finally the food is always ready within 5-10 minutes for delivery. This place is just so organized! Love it and would highly recommend.
