Saw this place on the VeryLocal channel and finally was able to check it out, so glad we did! The food was amazing and staff was so helpful and kind. Best tacos I have ever eaten, I have birria tacos all over and haven’t found one that competes with califas. Family owned by great people, always friendly and happy to see you. Always send people there way and they always exceed there expectations! Great family owned restaurant with bold flavors and HUGE portion sizes. The Birria tacos were good but I doctored the consume with lime juice, onion, and cilantro. These toppings are on their salsa bar which is my only complaint. I wish we had known we needed to purchase chips in order to try the salsa bar.
