I went to the restaurant I ordered a Classic cheese burger with mustard and grilled onions, they added mushrooms which I never ordered because I’m allergic to mushrooms. I called several times the woman that answered the phone was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. When I asked to speak with a manager she said we don’t have a manager and then when I tried to explain to her what happened she told me she don’t speak English and hanged up the phone. Everytime I called which was more then three (3) times each time she would hang up the phone on me. Then I sent them a text message and whoever responded to the text message. So I wasted over $15.00 for a cheese burger when I texted the person for a full refund the person texted me they don’t give out refund I had to contact the app where I was suppose to place the order with to get a refund. I texted them I didn’t place the food order with a app I went to the counter and paided with my CC. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR do business with this California Burrito & Burger Factory located in Deerfield Beach Fl.

Something of a hidden gem with this “ghost kitchen” concept. Owner was very friendly. I got the California burrito. Pretty good, decent portion. Maybe I’ll go back and try a burger sometime. If you’re curious, worth a shot to support a small business.
