Absolutely horrible experience don’t come here unless you want to eat next to flies the entire time! At first I felt they were just understaffed as they told me to wait while they clean up some tables- even though more than half the tables were empty at the time.

CPK needs to figure out a balance between paying servers more and losing business. I’ll come back and edit this to give more details, but there was one server in the whole restaurant. The guy at the front kept telling everyone 20 minutes as the wait time while we sat there at the front of the line having waited much longer, and knowing there were 6+ groups ahead of them on the wait list. They also have no way to let you know when a table is ready, so they told people: IDK, just come back in 10 minutes and check.

Food zero. Service was 100. The quality of the food was 100 times worse than expected. Dollar tree has better products. Spinach artichoke dip was worse than a jar. The corn chips were dry and chalky. The kids pizza was flavorless and greasy. Glass of house white wine was so so bad. The ambiance was that of an old pizza hut in the 90s. Tabitha took such great care of us. She knew I was trying to wrangle hangry children and didn’t judge. When I expressed my dislike of the food she had the manager comp my appetizer even tho I said no. She was kind and patient. I would look forward to visiting her at a different restaurant. Pizza kitchen.

Visit the restaurant on off peak hour, but there is only one server. Tables are not cleared after guests left. Ambience looked messy and seems understaffing. Nevertheless, the food is delish and served warm. But the service rendered can be improved and be more attentive.

So I’m not a fan of this place but my wife is, so not impressed with anything I’ve ever had but my wife had a favorite dish but luckily they got rid of it so won’t worry about having to go. This is only a reflection of the one near us so other ones might be good.

I choose eat lunch here because I like the Crispy Pizza and Artichoke dip . I thought someone would come to take us to the table so I waited. In front of me was an American couple and another Asian family. Not a single staff member came out to ask us. Then the American couple went straight to the bar table and I saw them being served. so I went around to the main door of the restaurant thinking there would be another host employee there. but still no one came to ask us. I decided went to an empty table and sat down then an employee with an unwelcoming and unhappy face said we had to wait 20 minutes while i saw there were many empty tables. Before I could ask why, he turned away. I feel discriminated against! I will never come back here! The one at Domain serves much better!

The pizza is good. We ordered buffalo chicken spicy milano, which is more than enough for two meals. Service is good and relaxed. Bathroom was not very clean.
