Where do I start..it took over 30 min to get our server to the table at which time we moved seating to the kitchen area and waited an additional 10 min to be served. The service here is intolerable and unprofessional at best..after 40 min we were served and ordered food which took again forever.the up side was when we finally got our order in, the food was edible. it took an additional 25 min to get it however and the Italian chop salad has a terrible new recipe. the staff was standing around and had no direction at what they were supposed to be doing and getting refills seemed almost impossible. Needless to say my impression of the California pizza kitchen has been tarnished.

Annie was our server and she was super nice and amazing! The atmosphere was great with nice scenery and overall vibe. But the server helps shape the experience and Annie was amazing, she helped with a family member who had dietary issues, and helped us with our mayhem of ordering.

Wow. $40 delivery for an 8 inch diameter pizza and a “12oz” cup of soup. The soup cup was filled barely half way full. At least they bagged up a complimentary FOUR croutons. So, 6oz tomato soup for $7 and nearly $20 for a pizza that was smaller than the frozen ones you get at walmart. Nothing beats getting robbed.

For a chain it offers a pretty distinctive menu of specialty pizzas. I like the open-air design that offers views of the kitchen and pizza oven behind the bar. I’ve only been here a couple times, but the service has been quick and friendly.

My friend and I went to dine in at CPK. Staff was friendly but then we order our salads, I got the new summer watermelon salad and my friend got her usual Italian Chopped. Don’t get the watermelon salad so not worth it. I think I saw 2 nuts in salad total and they forgot my cheese as well as watermelon was not good either. My friends salad was not the same and no one bothered to tell her the salad is different (new version) it was not very good, old one was better. My pea soup was awesome and my friends margaritas pizza was good though had to pay extra now for thin crust. Defining disapointed

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Was waiting for over an hour and never even got served. We asked waiter if we were going to get served, then he sent manager, manager yelled at top of her lungs the servers name. Still didn’t get waters or any type beverages… or food. Do not come to this location, I don’t know if they are headed for foreclosure but sure as well might be. Never again.
