At the mall and popped into CPK. Met the manager who’s name is also mine but spelled with a q instead of a k. Ezekiel. Ordered the guacamole and blue corn chips, the infamous Thai chicken pizza and a half a Carne Asada and Chipotle chicken pizza. The wife had a draft ipa and I tried the happy hour whiskey smash x 2 “happy hour half price” hahaha. The guacamole was full chunks not that green paste out of a bag. Tasted great mixed with white corn and the coupled with the blue corn tortilla chips. The pizzas were rich in flavor. My favorite was the Carne Asada. I say stop by Costco pickup some gift cards and save 25 bucks and check it out especially during happy hour.

Very conveniently located on the ground floor of Hillsdale Mall. We went for lunch and there were no lines and the host gave us a nice booth. The service is friendly and fast but not rushed. The salad was fresh and crisp. The veg sandwich tasted OK … could have used some jalapeños!! The fingerling roasted potatoes were delish. It was a pleasant experience and the food was filling. This is a nice spot for a casual meal. Their pizza oven is wood fired and although we did not try any pizza I think their pizzas have to be awesome!

The restaurant seemed short staffed and had to wait a few minutes for the host/hostess to even notice us and other groups behind us. Waited for the table for another few minutes and after that the service, food, and atmosphere was on point.

I come here often and it is a hit or miss depending on who is cooking. Lately. The garlic fettuchini alfredo has been coming out brown…. They asked if i wanted to send it back but i just ate it because i was so hungry. It tasted burnt and like beef stroganoff.

I hate to write a review like this, but it’s been disappointing to see the gradual decline of CPK at Hillsdale since the pandemic. This used to be my favorite place. We always sat at the bar, enjoyed the busy restaurant atmosphere while being attentively waited on and enjoying tasty pizza and drinks.

Their food is delicious and mouth-watering. The restaurant is small and comfortable; the atmosphere was perfect with the appropriate music and the best waiters. My favorite dish was the bolognese spaghetti, I love it, and I will definitely come back again.
