I used to go here once almost every 2-3 days when I worked in the mall but it has fallen from grace. The quality of the food is not as good and servers are distracted and keep making mistakes. The price is too high and the food is subpar. There are better places you can get for the price you pay for. Go elsewhere unless you really like CPK.

I have been a regular visitor to this place for a long time as my kids love the food here. However, they really need to hire up. Their services have been slow for a while. But our recent visit was the extreme. They didn’t even have the greeter to lead you to the table. The waitress attends way too many tables and was super busy.

This was my first time ever eating at this location, but it was amazing! I arrived an hour before closing on a Friday night. It was basically empty inside. I was quickly sat at the bar and given a menu. I asked for a veggie pizza, and boy did I get a veggie pizza! I have never had a pizza with broccolini and corn on it. I was shocked, but it tasted incredible. Shout out to Herbert working at the bar. He was totally awesome. I will definitely return soon.

I have always enjoyed this place but have seen a change in the service and food. Was there yesterday with my mom and son and were not served any bread until half way through the meal. My mother ordered a pizza that had avocado in it and the Avocado had turned. We asked the waitress and she stated that they were all like that. I wouldn’t have served it if it was the case. The manager was nice and gave me a small discount because I asked. Just mediocre at this point.

Went on a Thursday night around 645pm, so I understand they are busy but the service was awful. The waitress blamed it on the kitchen staff after she saw we were upset, however we did not have anyone come over to us to place our order for 25 minutes. We also had a few different servers and it was very inconsistent and frustrating. We eventually got our food. We ordered the new Dynamite Shrimp which was pretty good and a BBQ Chicken pizza which was also good. Overall, during busy times, expect slower service.

It was our first time here and we give it 2 stars. The food was an actual 3/5 it could have been tastier, but we enjoyed the bread and the pizza. The corn was a major let down as it was plated in a bowl. The customer service was the actual let down, the hostess was rude, messy, and wasn’t sitting people according to the wait list.

I had not been here for a few years and surprised to find such a delicious assortment of foods! My friends and I had a great time. We went there before dinner and after lunch time so the place was less crowded. Staff was great and the food presentation marvellous.
