Good food. Nothing amazing but a nice place with lots of options. We got on the wait-list at home and by the time we arrived we were seated. Fast service. The bread service was stale and very small. Very few vegetarian options.

Getting a table was not bad. After sitting, it took too long to be acknowledged by a server. The food quality has definitely gone down. Half of the pizza was burned and cold by the time it got to our table. CPK used to have a good quality control but I don’t think they care about it anymore.

I love CPK food but the Valencia location is the WORST. Not my first time having a bad experience with this location since the pandemic but specifically, tonight – the host said the wait was 15-20 minutes (after we repeatedly had to tell him we wanted to sit outside and he just didn’t understand). We waited more than 30 before being seated. Then we sat outside for more than 15 minutes and a server hadn’t even taken our drink order, they didn’t even say “I’ll be with you shortly.” Just ZERO service and we had our 2 small children with us. We left without eating or anything. Next time I want CPK egg rolls, we’ll be driving to the valley as I won’t be going back to Valencia again.

This use to be one of our favorite lunch spots. The food is good and although they always seem to be short staffed the crew works real hard getting our food and drinks to us as soon as they can. Except for bread, they always seem to run out of bread. Why is that ?
