This is my third time at CPK. Food quality is okay. I always love their pizza. However I had to wait too long to get my order to the server and for the food the wait time is too long. With the money I spend, I feel I should be better treated not waiting too long to get the food served. When I also went to pick up my order (prepaid), I also had to wait 10 minutes in front of the takeout bar because noone was reaching out to me hand over the food which was already fully prepared.

CPK is normally the best, but this location needs a lot of TLC. To start off the air conditioning is not working. Staff said that the air conditioning has not worked in 2 weeks. The bathroom had the trash overflowing. The staff is completely down working in the extreme temperature. Overall we were hungry so we stayed. Our server was very nice, and the food was typical CPK. The corporate office needs to make a visit very soon.

Particularly on weekends, arrive at least 30 minutes before you intend to eat to put your name on the waiting list. Plenty of things to see in the mall while you walk and wait. This location seems like it’s understaffed for the large volume of customers it receives. Our server was fantastic and attentive, but she was clearly overworked. Food quality is up to par with other CPK locations: wild mushroom pizza, Thai salad, etc all lovely. The desserts at CPK are typically fantastic too.

Waited a while and saw that they were helping other people who came in after. Then, we were told the manager was talking to our server. When ordering, many of the popular items have been removed. In front of the restaurant, next to the door, it has a sticker that this restaurant is a certified gluten-free restaurant, but only has one item, pizza that is gluten-free. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to ANY CPK. Very sad as the dishes they had were very good.

Well it is CPK. You know what you’re going to get when you come here. I had the jambalaya pasta. It was very spicy, and it was a huge portion. Just the way I like it. My kids loved their spaghetti and pepperoni pizza. The waiter was prompt and nice.

Kids mushroom pizza with a Cesar salad, chips and salsa for appetizer is always a good idea . My family and I enjoy the excellent service and great oven baked pizzas here. First time going to CPK, decided to sit at the bar because there was a 30 min wait for a table. The waiter was absolutely amazing. He kept addressing me as, “my lady”, in a respectable way, which was absolutely charming. Sitting at the bar I was able to see the chefs working diligently to make every pizza. It was worth the wait. I ordered Pizza Sausage and Mushroom and it was delicious. I love that it isn’t heavy, doughy or frozen pizza. I will be going back again to try the rest of the options on the menu.
