I’ve been coming to this specific location for well over 10 years and this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. I always get several apps, entree and dessert because of how good everything is but this visit missed the mark by a lot. The white corn guacamole is usually a favorite of mine but as you can see in the photo, I was given chips from the bottom of the bag and the “guacamole” was just chunks of avocado and corn.. not adequate for scooping and I know the guac here is usually chunky but this was another level. Dynamite shrimp was mediocre and so were the dumplings. My friend got the Cobb salad and it was underwhelming. They used iceberg lettuce that you’d likely find on a burger, not a salad. Chicken in the salad was very poor quality too, tasted like the fake filler chicken. I’m sad to write such a negative review but the food quality has gone down significantly and it’s almost to the point where I don’t know that I’d come again. My friend also got a margarita that was all ice and had maybe 2 ozs of liquid in it altogether.

I never do this but wow! I know covid has put a damper on service but my god if I could leave a 0 star review of service I would. The woman behind the bar was my “server” (didn’t catch the name) and was so rude. Like she was doing me a favor even letting me be in the restaurant. I came in Monday for lunch with my kids, we must of been the third table in the restaurant and were greeted by a nice young lady that took us to our table. We didn’t even get three feet in the door and our soon to be server says. Sitting me again? To which the young lady responds this is where they wanted to sit. Like really? At least show your lack of customer service away from the customer. Zero personality, very rushed with no one in the restaurant just very very poor service which is too bad because the pizza is really good.

This restaurant is very nice for anyone to come in and get a quick bite to eat or sit down and enjoy a big meal. It has a comfortable atmosphere and great seating, excellent service and very good food. The menu has many options and theres something for everyone. I ordered a small salad and chicken sandwich and my kids ordered the childrens personal cheese pizza and barbecue chicken pizza. Overall everything was really good and I cant wait to go back again!

I’ve been going to this place for a long time. Last two times it took well over an hour to get a simple pizza and the restaurant was barely at 30% capacity. My wife ordered a California pizza which came without avocados because they ran out of them. Staff is pleasant but severely limited. Servers are making drinks, preparing food, serving tables and cleaning tables and likely cleaning the dishes too although I wasn’t able to confirm that. Clearly, corporate is making too drastic cost cuts. I will be surprised to see them in operation at Christmas time.

Walked out tonight after being sat by the host and then waited for our server to come greet us. Host even came up after about 10 minutes asking if we’d been greeted. She told us she would grab our server. We waited another 5 minutes or so before finally giving up. Maybe just tell guests upfront there will be a 20 minute wait for service

Always love coming to this place as always nice comfort food. Was a bit of a longer wait than we wanted but was fine. We split the fettuccine, the Waldorf salad, and the Mexican pizza. Really loved the Mexican pizza and the salad. Service after sit down was good. Overall good comfort food/eats

Came with my cousin for dinner after a long day at the hospital. Tiffany was our server and was so stone face and rude. Not sure if she missed D&I training but she tagged another server to serve us who was fantastic, Shannon Josh the manager was amazing. If you get Tiffany as your server, hope she’s in better spirits and her demeanor is cheerful.
