Because I saw the reviews were so high, on our first visit we chose to try their tacos de papa, carne asada quesadilla, asada fries, tacos plate, horchata and lemonade and I’m glad to say we were pleased! The food is not greasy and is full of flavor The service is exceptional; the lady who takes your order has a smile on her face the whole time, so she contributes to the great experience! I went back to try their tortas, sopes, and a variety of other foods, and they were ALL delish! I loved their green avocado sauce. Their green salsa is really good (medium heat), and the red salsa is tasty but spicy. We recommend this place!

Hole in the wall but it’s the best for we’ve found in Texas that serves authentic Mexican food. The salsa is actually spicy and Mexican level spicy not watered down or flavored down. You can’t go wrong with the food here

I had the Gorditas meal. Beautiful vintage beans and rice that was brimming with flavor that reminded me of simpler times. The Gorditas were stuffed full of delicious carne asada that left me full and satisfied. Would definitely recommend!
