I was a frequent patron until I had some bad food, several times in a row. Different things. Cheese takes burnt, nachos stale. I decided to give them another try after not going for several months. I am still disappointed. The food wasn’t great. Although I got mine to go the restaurant was dirty, food was sticky, glass on the doors look like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The floor behind the counter was dirty. It has really gone downhill. They had a management change within the last 6 maybe 12 months and it shows.

Great bowls… awesome bbq chicken… 2 bad things about this place though. … #1 no name tags for employees #2 awful smell of cigarettes towards the bathrooms! … employees told us that the back is were employees smoke so it comes in through the back door and vents at times…

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The woman taking orders at the counter was very rude. She would cut people off while they were talking. While a child was ordering a taco he asked if he could have a soft taco. She repeatedly said “so you want a flour” as if the child was going to understand that she meant a soft flour tortilla! I ordered a “Sunset” taco. It tasted very bland. It mostly consisted of hardly cooked onions. It is unclear if they were meant to be raw or cooked. The wall of sauces is a good idea but you could tell that some sauces were sitting on the shelf opened for a very long period. Many of the sauce bottles had hardened layers of sauce all around the opening. The queso dip was very tasty. While I was eating the woman from behind the counter yelled to each individual table to ask if everything was okay. She yelled because she was across the room and couldn’t bother to walk up to the tables. I won’t be returning.

Food was poorly made, and the service lacked.. well service. Expected a friendly environment and help since my boyfriend and I were newbies coming in. Most likely will not be returning. Not sure if the manager came in mid way through but he WAS friendly and greeted us out the door, he was walking around cleaning counters and seemed very attentive to things that needed work.

Up until recently, i became disappointed with this place. The food was awesome before but this visit wasnt so good. No drinks, no guac, no chips, they were out of everything it was ridiculous! I may not be returning. Or it’ll be quite some time if i do decide.

Second time I got food here. First time I got some kind of special salad with chicken and the meat was ice cold when it was supposed to be grilled and hot. Today I ordered the Korean BBQ burrito and paid extra for beef and it was ‘WHERE’S THE BEEF?” All I got was a stuffed burrito with mostly rice onions and a few peppers. I had to use a fork to dig out little tiny bits of meat which I could not even say tasted like beef. Not to mention the BBQ sauce was overpowering, did NOT taste even reminisce of a Korean Bulgogi which I have had before, but the sauce tasted like they grabbed a bottle of sauce from Dickies BBQ down the street.. The Minute Maid lemonade had the fragrance of lemon PLEDGE. I had someone else taste it and they agreed with me. I know what Minute Maid tastes like as I buy in the supermarket. The Wendy’s across the street also had terrible lemonade – they must both use the same vendor for their lemonade but it tasted like artificial chemicals. After 2 strikes, I don’t know if I want to ever get food there again. For an $8 burrito I certainly expected to have meat in there and not just onions and rice. Not worth the money at all. Next time will go to Taco Bell where it is cheaper. At least if I order a bean burrito there I will get one.

I’ve lived in the area for a year now and when I first started going here it was amazing. The quality of food and level of employees has gone down quite a bit. Workers are rude and food seems to be thrown together now.

Food was pretty good. They have a massive selection of sauces from sweet to spicy. Staff is attentive and helpful. Order was prepared quickly and without any problems.

Fish Tacos! Try them, and you’ll love this place – I eat them at least once a week. Food is as fresh as it gets. A great rewards program gives regulars like me 10% off. Other highlights: touch-screen Coke machine, Wall of Flame (75 hot sauces), friendly staff, neon lights, bangin’ chips and queso, and 80’s pop/rock in the background.

Good food, but anything but professional service. I get the feeling I’ve walked into someone’s afternoon hangout more than an actual restaurant. That said, the food is very good.
