Staff is great but clearly the owner doesn’t care about anything or anyone. The whole place is so hot I was sweating while waiting for food. This place continues to go down hill and it’s not the staff fault. There is a reason the place is always empty.

This place is definitely not like it used to be. One no one was in there should have ran then. 2 the cook said wait just a minute he’ll be back soon. 3 finally ordered was expecting a hot fajita bowl everything was up and down, I mean by that is the meat was warm the vegetables were supposed to be cooked but they were just thrown in there. I forgot to get a drink so I went back up there the guy maybe the owner said there fountain soda is out. Instead he sold me a $2 bottle of water made it sound like it was a deal. Everything was a total bust from the moment I walked in I should have ran. Thank god my partner didn’t come cause her dinner would have been ruined as well.

Horrible experience here today. Since new owners have taken over this location several years ago, the place hasn’t been the same. I was looking forward to having a relaxing lunch dining in here. However, when I walked in the temperature of the restaurant was just as hot as outside (about 100 degrees). The AC wasn’t on when it’s very hot out and there’s even a heat advisory. I asked the lady if the AC was broken, but she said it wasn’t and didn’t know why it wasn’t working nor did she know how to work it to turn it on. I took my food to go instead due to the horrible conditions in the dining room. No customers dining in at the time, probably due to the extreme hot temperatures.

I normally love the food but today was a terrible experience. The server accidentally made my bowl order as a burrito. I asked her to remake it to which she proceeded to just dump the burrito into a bowl and hand it back to me. Now it’s a jumbled mess of toppings (which the order was $16) and I can’t even tell if the additional toppings I ordered are on it. I know that some of what I paid for is not in the bowl. It does not look appetizing and does not taste as good as it did just the other day I ordered.

Food is tasty especially the sauces, but after eating at Chipotle, it’s definitely not worth it, it’s way too pricy. They don’t even add toppings like guacamole, roasted peppers or corn or anything. A bowl contains just rice, choice of meat, tons of lettuce, a tiny portion of salsa and sauce.

Excellent experience. Went in less than an hour before closing and the there was still a good amount of employees working and taking care of guests. I got steak and chicken combo fajitas in a combo meal with chips & queso, and a drink for around $14. The fajitas included nearly a full grilled chicken breast, several thick (would have preferred thinner) slices of flank steak, rice, beans, fajita veg, guacamole, sour cream, and 3 tortillas. Everything was terrific, except unfortunately the black beans were undercooked and I couldn’t ear them however, I was so full from the rest of food I was full and would have had then for lunch the next day.

Lunchtime on a Saturday and this place is as empty as their “75 hot sauces” wall. Nobody here, but still took several minutes before someone took our order. Cashier didn’t actually listen though, bc she left off half the stuff my husband ordered.
