Calliope was such a treat!! The whipped feta with warm pita and watermelon fattoush might be my favorite starters I have ever had! We have lived in Chattanooga around two years and this was by far the best service we have encountered. Maddi was attentive, warm and authentic, and knew her food and beverages! The Moroccan shrimp, lamb ribs, and braised okra were delightful. Thankful for the contribution to the community Calliope has brought us. We will definitely be back!

My goodness what a delight!!! My group loved every bite of this meal. Everything had layers of flavors & was executed to a tee. My cocktail was perfectly balanced and delicious as well. The stars of the show for me was the Shawarma, Falafel & Labneh. You could tell the chicken was marinated and cooked perfectly for the Shwarma. I have never had Falafel as flavorful as theirs. The Labneh was lemony, smooth, & so yummy. I will be coming back again!! My only critique is that the black chairs upstairs are uncomfy but I’ll make the sacrifice for the food.

This is hands down one of the BEST restaurants I have been to EVER. The service was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was incredible. Every single dish my husband and I ordered was unique and the flavors were excellently complimentary to each other. There were a good number of vegetarian/vegan options on the menu.

We had such a lovely time at Calliope. We were greeted with a warm environment, with our table quickly prepared for our reservation. The entire wait staff was very kind and informative of the menu, and the kitchen was more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions as necessary. The food was absolutely incredible, a flavor that we seldom see in Chattanooga. I cannot wait to return again!

Incredible food, fantastic service, great drinks. Everyone is very attentive and the dining experience is unlike most of what you can find in Chattanooga. Interesting flavors and ingredient combinations, new menu items often, with staple dishes that are just yummy. We love this new addition to the area and have gone back twice already.

Finally a great middle eastern restaurant in Chattanooga! I’ve been waiting for this and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing! My favorites were the chicken shawarma hummus, shish tawouk, lamb sausage, labneh and fattoush. But everything was so good and didn’t disappoint. The arak cocktail was amazing. The lamb ribs and grilled eggplant was also very tasty. They are all smaller plates and great for sharing mezze style. All the staff were very friendly, I’d highly recommend this place!
